1. Access & Eligibility Policy
Anyone can conduct exchange operations on our platform. We apply no exclusion rules or discriminatory rejections.
2. Rates and Fees
The Service offers two rate modes:
- Dynamic Rate: rates are updated according to cryptocurrency market fluctuations until payment is received.
- Fixed Rate: rates are fixed for 25 minutes after order creation. If payment is not received within this period, the rate may be updated every subsequent 25 minutes.
Rates and fees are shown to the user before creating an order. Due to market volatility, rates may change, and exact market pricing cannot be guaranteed.
3. Customer Payment
The customer may send any amount for exchange.
If the amount exceeds the Serviceโs established operational limits, such an exchange is handled individually and must be agreed upon through direct contact with the Service in order to allocate sufficient liquidity for the transaction.
Operational limits are displayed to users before order creation and during the exchange process.
4. Service Payment to the Customer
The Service executes a payment to the customer once:
- the incoming transaction receives sufficient confirmations in the relevant blockchain network;
- the exchange conditions have been agreed and confirmed.
Payment execution depends on network conditions and technical availability.
5. Refunds
In cases where an exchange cannot be completed due to rate changes or any other operational reasons, the Service performs a refund to an address pre-agreed with the customer.
To confirm and process a refund, the customer must provide:
- the exchange order reference;
- the transaction hash of the original payment.
Refund execution and timing depend on blockchain network conditions.
6. Support
Support is available via:
- the contact form on the website;
- Telegram or SimpleX messenger.
For each exchange order, a dedicated support chat may be provided to address issues related to that specific transaction.
Support is available 24/7. The average response time is approximately 5 minutes, depending on current workload.
7. Jurisdictions
The Service does not restrict users based on jurisdiction, as it does not collect IP addresses or location data.
8. Privacy
The Service does not collect personal data.
IP address logging is disabled across all infrastructure components, including reverse proxies, caching servers, JS and backend (API) servers.
The Service does not use cookies or any tracking technologies.
